Procedures and Fees

Photocopies of materials in the collections will be provided by mail when the request is accompanied by an exact bibliographic citation. The fee is $5.00 in advance, and includes up to five (5) copies. Additional copies are $0.25 each. Large copy orders may require additional fees for staff time. Copyright restrictions will apply in all cases.

Copies of special items, such as architectural drawings, photographs, etc., incur varying fees and charges. For example, there is a handling fee for copies of architectural drawings, photographs, and a fax call charge for photocopies sent by long distance fax. Materials from the Manuscript Collections cannot be copied. Other materials in the general collection considered to be rare and/or fragile, and publications prior to 1926, will not be copied.
